i think after seeing how much prem's family and heer loves prem and how much they need him and after seeeing the pain in heer's eye i hope (keeping finger's crossed) that gaurav's mom may tell the truth to prem that he isnt dying and that what doctor told was just a lie to keep him from returning to his family
