i think either:

1. he is dying of an illness or something so doesntt want heer to love him. Thats why he never showed his face earlier to the family. But just to save his mom from her illness and the family and heer from rishab he came back.

2. prem is going to live with the other woman becuz he feels sorry for her. somehow holding himself responsible for killing her son and not being able to save him in the bomb blast

3. prem thinks he is sick but in reality he is not. WHICH IS LAME becuz thats what BLAJI ALWAYS DOES!!!!

Your points are thought provoking, but I don't think they are either of them. There is some other reason for Prem's behaviour - something more dramatic and hardly feasable or maybe the creatives have not come at a better solution yet and maybe they will use one of yours!

i dont think its an illness because he left the show before cause he died...whts the point of having an illness something like cancer

trust me This IS BALAjI they'll come up with what they think is greay but will end up screwing up the show.

anyways hopefully the track will move faster. i think its killing everyone..the suspense

OKKK i dont think that Prem is going to leave his family and Specially his love HEER for some other women!!!!NO WAY and iam sure he has some serious illness thats why he patched harman with the khanja lalit but i also think that he has been mistaken that he has some illness,,,,,,,,, this is what i think.......LETS SEE

i think that he keeps telling himself that he is responsible for that guys death.. maybe during the fire.. the guy came back to save prem and then prem accidentally pushed him back in the fire or something, and that lady might have some financial problems so prem is there to help her by being her son and for what he did

Chahe jo bhi reason Prem phir se nahi mar sakta ya vanish ho sakta hai.Prem cannot die at any cost. snice ekta mai ek baar prem ko nikal ke zor ka zatka lag gaya hai ekta bhai phir same mistake nahi kar sakti.
