Heer and Prem,eternal lovers,decide to fulfill their father's wishes despite few hurdles.After securing their bond in wedlock,the duo vow to bring back their family's lost hapiness and fortunes.

After reading this i think heer will come to know soon about gaurav being prem.

this was in tatasky guide where da information of the tv serials the basic storyline is given and sometimes the episode is given.

I think its a little old from the time when they got married and vowed not to live as husband wife till everything is back to normal. I don't think it has to do with current epis
