'the guy' Lets analyse!!!

Ok so the guy who we are currently being told is called Gaurav Sharma has been the most inconsistent charachter in the history of KDMHMD. Ever since his entry, he has been confusing to say the least! Who and what exactly is gaurav sharma, we are unable to resolve! One moment he is shown as a person who cares about other people, the next moment he is potryaed as a heartless creature, who can fled an accident sight without giving a damn!

Lets ignore the fact that whether he is Prem or not for a moment, go into the past a bit and try and understand what are his real chrachteristics!

Gaurav Sharma was introduced as a quiet guy and a deep thinker in Rajhistan, who was later turned into a hip hop and as HC himself described always on the go, always jumping around guy, the moment he appeared at the train station!!! (regardless of the fact that we now know that he had a deal with RR and all but even when he met RR for the first time he wasn't hip hop at all)

In Rajhistan he was not at all heartless, he felt the dard of an unknown someone, he hid a girl in his room (i refuse to believe that was part of RR's plan) while returning from Rajhistan he visited dargah and tied an unknown person's dhaga just so that their wish gets fulfilled!!! Only a person with "insanyat" and a heart can do this!!!

Than he was shown to be a guy who worked three shifts a day to make money and whose aim was to "rule the world" who partied all night and still worked three shifts a day 😕

Than came Prem's falicitation function.........where he was shown in the control room making fun of a girl crying by saying "girls are always crying" later on he left his hanky for the very same girl!!!

After that his whole act with Lalit where he asked for RS 40,000 for a CD was anything but disgusting and selfish!!! First signs of being heartless appeared there!!!

Next was when he saw gyatri (i again refuse to believe that was part of RR deal as gyatri is the one who went and sat in his car unknowingly) he refused to leave her at the police station because they were not treating her well........was totally nice to her when he was driving her to the j-zoo......but at the sametime bargained with Heer to return Gyatri!!! 😕😕😕

Than at the Lorhi function he was all hip hop but when he was throwing pop-corns in the fire, he prayed as deeply as anyone could.....but the next moment he was jumping again even ate some of the pop corns.

Than came the moment when Heer saw him...........how he mistreated her and all.......than when heer came to the club he had dard in his eyes why? Because he knew he was decieving her by acting as Prem? Was that dard of guilt only? If he felt guilt he can't be all that heartless? And if he is not all that heartless how would you explain his dialogues of Friday's epi?

The guy is one big confusion and mystery that is driving us nuts.......his charachter has had so many incinsistencies...the question is are they dilebrate? or are they only because creatives keep on changing the script? If it is due to later than i am sorry but why do creatives take audience as fools? And if they are delibrate whats the reason?

Will wait to read your replies, may be we would be able to resolve the issue some how

im sure these destructives are themselves confused wat to show...so sometimes he acts really good and sometimes selfish...

hey soaps the confusion abt this g/p has arised due to the inconsistency of the character shown...sometimes he is shown selfish sometimes hyper active , sometimes emotional and sometimes helpful...I donno what creatives are trying to prove by showing so many shades to his character????

oooh, soaps! i was just thinkin' 'bout the same thing. well, not just -- 'cause i just woke up. and too early for my own good. but i was thinkin' 'bout just this after the last show.

the guy - rajasthan -

-- quiet when on his own, and he was on his own a lot! maybe he wasn't in rajasthan to party, that's why?
and most certainly feeling a connection to heer.

the guy - hiphop - (by when he was in ratty's unholy deal)

-- explicitly mean to lj -- (makes sense in the unholy deal)

-- explicitly kind to gayatri mom (i think he has a soft corner for moms? but i don't think he set up any of the gayatri-mom situations. although if ratty had trained hip-hop, he must have surely known what gayatri-mom looked like, no? so when he saw her at the temple, he should've acted mean to her too? but he didn't? he was just mean when heer wanted her back.)

-- explicitly mean to heer. (when he said he'd bring gayatri-mom back. when he ran from her at the shiv mandir. in the interaction with her at the bar.) and yet... not desperately mean enough? so even if ratty asked him to present himself to heer, he was just doing the expected stuff - saying i'm not prem to heer. er... why would he be getting paid for that??? *majorly confused muh* i mean, ratty could've achieved this by just managing to get hip-hop transfered to ludhiana, no?

the guy - after the cctv recording and before ... being put in the same bedroom as heer!

no seriously! if ratty wanted to crush prem's family's spirit, what could be worse than taking the girl who is prem-heer-are-one -- ie, ram's sita -- as his wife. and then bringing someone like prem in! that butting into his wedding was not in ratty's plan! it just doens't make sense! *well, not that much really makes sense in this show 😆* but this doesn't make sense even in the ''it doesn't make sense'' category! *hey, it's only 6am here -- you don't expect me to be fully coherent, d'you?? 🤣*

-- explicitly behaving like prem. in ways that ratty couldn't have ever taught him! that ratty teaching anyone to be prem is like the biggest bull poop ever, 'kay? he must have just given him some photographs and some details of his life. like what grades he got in which class. and stuff. no way he could've taught the guy phhandoohs... and there were some superb phhandoohs in this phase.

the guy was really sweet in this phase. totally prem!

sorta like hip-hop without the fleas. weird. anti-prem. and trying to irritate heer to the maximum amount possible.

oh, and of course. behaving like a real felon - running away from an accident that he was involved in without giving a moment's notice to the other accident party.

to sum it up?

nope, can't understand who the guy is, or what he's trying. watching him makes me want to ask whether hc got the wrong script for the wrong show... 😆

ps: oh, if there's a story to be woven involving prem in this, i totally agree with khushi's solution to the puzzle. that in the beginning (rajasthan) the guy was just someone with a short past -- the same amount of time that prem has been missing from jzoo. that he was pretending to be a party animal 'cause he wanted to be ''popular'' instead of sad'n'lonely. 😆 and he agreed to do the unholy deal for money -- either for someone (the maa who told him to attend the mata ki chowki?) or 'cause he lost someone 'cause he was poor and he's vowed never to be poor again.

but that after the cctv recording at jzoo, he did come back to his memories.

but he still needs the money -- which means that the person who he was doing the unholy deal for still exists.

and hey! when heer put ratty in jail, he suddenly sees that he's gonna have to wait for ever more time to get the money! plus he has to put up with an angry heer -- who manages to hurt him occasionally with her words. so he's really into irritating heer?

'kay. it's too early to be doing this. my head is starting to ache. 😆 i think i'm gonna go back and phool around at the phhandooh at instead... much more phun.. 😆

till now i think the new creative is failure,she couldn't carry on the eternal love story of preemer ,she takes too much time to show us about gaurav & she couldn't carry either the gaurav heer story so far & if she show us that there is love triangle & gaurav's past related to another girl then she is going to be tagged as LOOSER CREATIVE. so far she couldn't use harshiti's fabolous chemistry like vikas.i hope she shouldn't take time to reveal the truth of p/g with proper reason & nicer way TO REVEAL WHAT IS HIS PAIN ALL ABOUT & continue with the ETERNAL LOVE STORY TRACK .& do it quickly .i hope she doesn't destroy the serial like her other soaps.
