for a long while now, a lot of us have been talkin' 'bout creating an appreciation thread for something very special to the kdmhmd forum. it seriously doesn't happen on other forums -- at least, not as far as i can see. and my pals tell me it's true.
there's no other forum where the updates come as fast as this one.
there's no other forum where the video's/show pics appear within 5 minutes of the end of the show.
there's no other forum where every day's show gets 600 screen caps or more.
there's no other forum that has prem-heer dedicated screen caps within moments of the show being aired.
we've all swooned over khushi's caps of the show -- and wanted some way to tell her how much it means to us.
we've all phrooled over the prem-heer caps that nandini puts up within an hour of the show -- and wanted to let her know we worship her for it.
the greatest temptation in my life has been waking up in the morning and forcing myself not to read the update of the show. which is always there. always on time. always within a short span within with dhruvie puts 'em up. and have never actually said "thanks for all the trouble and pain you take for us, jaz, radz, tasha, dhruvie".
and so i think it's fitting that we have an appreciation thread for this. if only for today, tho sahi. if for every new member who looks for a place to say a heartfelt thank you, tho sahi.
this is the bliss&happiness appreciation thread -- to appreciate the hard work of the people who give us every day a chance to feel bliss and happiness out of the day's show. and do it without any rewards, or pay, or (sometimes) even acknowledgement! this is the place to stand up and shout
(notes: as always, i obsess 'bout what to call an at. i was idly thinkin' 'bout it last night (yes, one of those 3am activities) and was playing 'round with calling it the khushi-and-nandini at. only 'cause screen caps are the things that i phrool over the most... and these two are the ones that i identify screen caps with. but then, i poked 'round and found that
nandini means "bliss"
and, of course, everyone knows that:
khushi means "happiness"
and thought that it was soo apt! 'cause that's what we get with the hard work of the people on this forum -- bliss and happiness! and i thought it was fitting to call it the bliss&happiness appreciation thread.
i hope no one disapproves.
i'd wanted to do more to make this a pretty at -- after all, our bliss&happiness came from so many gorgeous caps! but i found out that ms. bliss may not be able to make it to the forum much - no, at all! 😭 - from tomorrow onwards. and i wanted to make sure she gets to know that
she is appreciated.
she is loved.
she will be fiercely missed --
and we will all cross our fingers, our hearts and hope that we see her here again tomorrow.
