Part 1

Prem laid on his back and stared at the ceiling. He was still exhausted from last night's meeting that ran very late.Today he was feeling much better than before. He had been wroking straight for days with a high fever.It's not like the CEO could take a few days off, he did not have that "one" person who would tend to him. He took a shower, drove himself and reached his office.
In the perfect California there was a storm brewing and the rough winds had already began.
His PA handed him an envelope when he walked into the office. The envelope had his name on it. The neat cursive of a female seemed oddly familiar to him. He sat down on the chair of his office and opened the enveloped. As he started reading the words caught him by the throat.
Dear Prem,

I am back. I am heading towards the spot where we used to go.I'll probably get lost. Please don't leave me up there by myself. It's been 5 years and I need you.

Just her name brought it all back.He was madly in love with this woman and she had just left him. But that had been five years ago and he had gotten over her. So over her. So why was his gut twisted up like a pretzel?
He was standing up, he walked towards the window and looked up at the sky which was increasingly darkening. Something made him walk out of the office while he knew that today there were meetings with clients lined up and if he did not meet them, all his hard work would got to waste. When it came to Heer the man never used his brain and let the heart take complete control of him. As he walked out of his office, the PA chased after him "Sir, You can't just leave. What is so important than the meetings lined up for today." Prem simply said "My life" His life was that woman.
He considered turning back but he had never turned his back on a stranger and he could not do it to someone who was nowhere around being a stranger. Instead he swore to himself and began heading up the trail.

So I have updated the 1st part. Let me know what you guys think!!! If I should continue?? 😛
