Actually, it could be Perfect Prem faking, if he believed he was protecting his family. Do you really think he know Gayatri's condition? Besides, everybody's talking about how he wouldn't let his family suffer. What if he's back in Ludhiana to protect his family? We are all forgetting it's been only a few weeks since his 'death'. Since it is Prem (definitely NOT a humshakal), then I'm assuming he needed some time to recover, since he isn't superman. In fact, if he is faking, then I think he probably came to Ludhiana to see his family, but in a completely new look. I mean, if you think about it, his new look is a complete difference to Prem. So, I think he is doing this on purpose to throw everyone off. Also, do you really think they'll show us Prem's sadness if he is faking. That's for suspense, and they'll probably reveal it later.
