ran a poll to select the new phhandooh-of-the-day. started 10am, 02/14/09, concluded 12noon, 02/15/09!
this was a phast selection! 😆 this was the poll....

pholks! 😆 such excitement! after being deprived of any real/imagined/virtual phhandoohs for the longest time (last virtual phhandooh/ring-passing phhandooh on 23 dec 2008! 😲) phalentine's day 2009 gives us - not one, not two but five whole phhandoohs! *this number has been established by experts in the field and is not up for discussion/debate -- at least not yet! 🤣)

but we have a real challenge on our hands! we need a serious update of our phhandooh-of-the-day! and - oh joy! - we have choices. and here they are:

choice 1: phhandooh #3, 02/14/09:

*waiting patiently as everyone stops the phirst stage symptom of phrothing at the mouth and go to the second stage of merely phroozing at phhandooh-of-phriday#3*

and presenting
choice 2: phhandooh-of-phriday#4, 02/14/09

*stepping hastily out of the way of bodies thudding to the ground around me with deep sighs and hysterical gasps....*

Did you see the way Prem's eyes lingered over her, ordering her to come towards her... Did you see the way his hands pretended like those bangles weren't there and traced over them to feel her hand, and her fingers outstreched themselves to be able to feel the full warmth of his hand. Did you see how obediently Heer sat down and put her hands on the bed... Okay you know what, I just thought of something... can't we think of both the phhandooh's as one?

I am NOT saying the first one aint beautiful. It's a work of ART! But...that's second one...words can't explain. Heer even agrees with me! She had to pull back becuase like they say; "Can't take the heat, leave the kitchen"

You're coming out of it? I'm still phrazzled because you just mentioned it again. I know! I didn't think it was possible to magnify the effect but I guess I was wrong. This is what happens when you're deprived of phhandoohs and then they just show one out of no where

😆 considering i was pitching for choice 1, i'd love to oblige. but the rules of polling say... *pulling out an ancient volume, all leather covered, with sepia-tinted pages and reading...* "those that are indecisive about their choice shall have their status in society dimished. they shall be put into sackcloth. their faces covered in ashes and soot. and marched through the streets as examples for others to look at and say - we hope we will never be indecisive 'bout any of our choices!"

so... er, ravz, i think that means that your votes should count for ever less than one decisive vote...!

you don't know how much i love the phhandooh in choice 1 -- i think it's almost as perfect as the jail one.

darnit heer! why didn't you just see (and let us see! 😆) what young mr. juneja was planning for your hand, before taking it away??

poor heer. one whole year of dreaming 'bout prem. and here he is, as intense and passionate 'bout her as always... maybe it's no wonder that she fled... *sigh*

but coming back to the poll though: but is as shabz said -- choice 2 had reached 10 votes. this automatically closes the poll. we had a winner... what to do? the voice had (indeed) chosen... 😆
