Can heer be like izzy (greys anatomy)

OMG, i am just watching greys anatomy, does anyone watch it? anyways, there s this dr izzy, last season or the one before that she had a heart patient who she fell in love with and then he died..... he was good looking and very charming, think they kissed once before he died,
this episode he was back in the show, only izzy could see him and she couldnt figure out what he was but she could touch him, and she thought she was just reliving the past moments because of left over grief but he said that they should do something they hadnt done before 😉 hint hint understand what he did
so i am hoping the same can happen in kis desh for us .... does that make any sense?
ok i have to see what happens next..............

yeah i want prem back alive as well and they havent explained how that guy is back either, he was just around and he said he wouldnt be leaving but she was the only one who could see him and touch him....pretty strange, lets see what the explanation they ll give but the moment i saw it i thought wouldnt it be great if we could see the same with prem and heer

yes i saw that it was very sad it made me cry really very emotional
