Ingredients
Serves 4
1 cups Gram flour (besan)
3-4 Green chillies
1/2 inch piece Ginger
6 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 large sized Tomato (chopped)
Oil as required
Method
Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic to a paste. Mix besan, ground paste, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt and chopped tomato. Add water and make thin batter. Heat a tawa, grease with a little oil and then and pour a little batter. Spread into a thin round and then cook till golden. Flip over, drizzle a little oil and cook till the other side is also golden. Serve immediately.
