1. Rudra and Ryan meet Kadambari. Rudra tells her that he has arranged for the loan security. As she takes a look at the file, she is shocked to discover that he has used his shipping company and his house for the security. She asks him as to how could he take such a huge risk. He tells her that he is confident that their construction company would be even bigger than his shipping company. He then signs the papers she gives him.
2. Anand and Abhi meet up. Abhi tells him to return home, as he is missing him a lot but Anand tells him that he would not return until he proves him innocent. Abhi tells him that he doesn't have enough time left and that Amma is remembers him everyday. Anand tells him to give him some more time. Abhi tells him that he loves Natasha a lot, so he should just forget everything and accept her back. Anand tells him that he loves Natasha, that's why he wants her to realize where she went wrong. Abhi tells him that he didn't get his love but he prays that he (Anand) would.
3. Kesar asks Ryan regarding Rudra's behavior in the office. Ryan tells her that he was tensed about the loan but has already settled it. She asks him as to where did he get the security for it. Ryan hesitates but then tells her that he used their shipping company and their house as security. Kesar is shocked.
4. When Rudra returns home, Kesar asks him whether he was able to arrange the loan. He tells her that he did but doesn't tell her how. Kesar tells him that he didn't do the right thing by using their shipping company and their house for security. He asks her as to how did she find out but she asks him as to why didn't he seek everyone's advice beforehand. He tells her that they wouldn't agree if he did and that the project would slip out of their hands. He tells her to have faith in him. She tells him that she does and asks him to at least inform Dadaji but he refuses.
5. It's Raksha Bandhan and Shammi comes to visit Kesar. She ties him 'rakhi' and Natasha ties one to Rudra, too. Rudra asks her as to what does she want as a gift. She tells him that she wants revenge for what Abhi did. Everyone is shocked.
6. Riya locks herself in her room. Vikram tries to make her open the door but she doesn't. Soumya tells her that they wouldn't give in to her decision no matter what she does.
7. Rudra is at the production site when Kadambari informs him that a big multinational company has agreed to construct a shopping mall at their site. Rudra is happy upon hearing this and tells her that he wants their housing society to beat Abhi's. Kadambari tells him that he shouldn't think bad about Abhi and is about to tell him about Abhi's death when Rudra tells her that Abhi has nothing left.
8. Aseem comes to the Mallya house and tells Pam, Neha, and Soumya that he has come to take Riya with him on Harman's order but Soumya tells him that neither Riya nor Neha would be allowed to meet him anymore. Just then, Riya comes out of her room and tells him that she is coming with him. Soumya stops her but Riya tells her that no one can stop her from meeting Harman. Soumya slaps her and Riya runs to her room.
