1. Rudra tells Kesar that Shalini had agreed to marry him and that the date of their wedding has been set. Kesar congratulates him but he looks quite sad and tells her that he knows that she is hurt by his decision but he is helpless. He tells her that there's still enough time left and asks her to (please) come back to him. Kesar asks him whether he wants to threaten her that if she doesn't come back to him, he would marry Shalini, and whether he thinks that by saying this she would readily agree to return to him. Rudra feels bad. She tells him that if a person loves someone, he doesn't take advantage of that person. Rudra asks her whether she has decided not to return to him but she doesn't answer. He tells her that the wedding will definitely take place. Kesar tells him that he may give Shalini her (Kesar's) place in his house but he can never give her the place she has in his heart. Rudra tells her that if she could give Abhi a place in her heart then he could give Shalini a place in his heart as time goes by. Kesar tells him that he can't see the difference between love and friendship. She tells him that he loves her but he doesn't trust her at all. He tells her that he didn't come to argue with her but to invite her. He tells her that he knows that she wouldn't come but he came to talk to her one last time so that she wouldn't accuse him for not trying to make her understand.
2. Rudra returns home to Dadaji and Dadi. Dadaji asks him whether he is getting married to Shalini and he says yes. Dadi asks him as to how could he do that with Kesar around. He tells them that Kesar is not with him but with Abhi when she should've been with him after Amma's operation. He tells them that if they don't find anything immoral in Kesar's behavior, then why do they find his decision immoral. Dadi tells him that Kesar is neither with him nor Abhi. Rudra tells her that she would eventually return to him. Dadaji tells him that Kesar is not with him because of his behavior. He tells Rudra not to marry Shalini but Rudra doesn't agree. Dadaji tells him that he can't stay with them anymore. Rudra is shocked. Dadi starts crying. Rudra has tears in his eyes and tells Dadaji that he knew that they wouldn't understand him, too. Before leaving, he touches their feet.
3. Kesar thinks of Rudra and starts crying (sad version of the tile song plays).
4. The next day, Rudra is having breakfast with Reema and Shalini at their house when Pam comes. She tells them the wedding will not take place but Rudra tells her that it will. Pam reminds him of how Shalini framed him but he tells her that she has realized her mistakes and is sorry about it. Reema and Shalini exchange smiles. Pam tells him that they are just after the Mallya property but Rudra tells her that she married his dad for a reason, too. Pam is hurt. She then tells him not to punish himself this way if he is still upset with her. She tells him to break the wedding and she would bring Kesar back to his life. He tells her to talk to Kesar first before promising anything. After Pam leaves, Shalini asks Rudra whether he would indeed cancel their wedding but he says no.
5. Soumya and Neha meet Harman. Soumya tells him that she has decided to get them engaged since they like each other a lot. Harman asks her whether she would still be willing to get her daughter married to him if he tells her that he won't live long. Soumya asks him as to what does he mean and he tells her that he is dying. Soumya and Neha are shocked. He presents each of them with a gift before leaving.
6. Pam asks Dadaji and Dadi to ask Kesar to go back to Rudra but Dadaji tells her that he wouldn't, as he doesn't want to force Kesar into taking the wrong step.
7. Kesar's mom tells her to accept Abhi as her husband now that Rudra is marrying Shalini but Kesar refuses. Her mom tells her that Abhi loves her more then Rudra. Kesar tells her that she had to leave Abhi's house after Amma's operation even if Rudra didn't want her back in his life. She tells her not to force her, as she doesn't even love Abhi. Her mom tells her that she has becomes as selfish as Rudra. She tells her that she doesn't love Abhi but he does; but she isn't thinking about Abhi's feelings. She tells her that she still thinks about Rudra even if he never respected her feelings. She tells her that by turning away from Abhi, she is closing the door to her happiness. After she leaves, Kesar thinks about this.
