1. Shalini admits that the accusations she placed on Rudra were false and that Dr. Walia's death was a mere accident, in which neither she nor Rudra were responsible. The judge asks Rudra whether he agrees with Shalini's testimony and he says that Dr. Walia's death was indeed an accident but whatever accusations Natasha placed on her were true. The judge releases Rudra and charges Shalini for cheating the government of two countries and wasting the court's time. He fines her for Rs. 3 lakhs.
2. Pam tells Kesar that Rudra got freed because of her but Kesar tells her that the credit goes to Natasha. Just then, Rudra comes there. He and Kesar stare at each other. They imagine themselves hugging each other ('Suna Suna' song plays). Then, Dadaji tells Rudra to go to the 'mandir' with him since Dadi has kept a 'paath' for him. Rudra tells Kesar to come along but she doesn't answer him and looks at Abhi, who looks away. Pam takes Rudra away but he turns to look at Kesar. Pam tells him not to turn his back again, as Kesar is now someone else's wife.
3. Reema shouts at Ryan and Shalini. She asks Shalini as to why did she tell the truth. Shalini tells her that if she didn't, Dr. Walia would've held her responsible for his death. Just then, Kesar comes there and tells them that a dead person cannot testify in court. Reema asks her as to what does she mean. Kesar then calls out Dr. Walia's name and the man in the burkha comes in front of them and lifts his veil. Reema and Shalini are shocked to see Anand. Kesar tells them that she had to lie about Dr. Walia being alive in order to get the truth out of Shalini's mouth. Reema and Shalini are shocked. Just then, Kesar sees Abhi and he looks upset. Kesar tries to say something but he goes away from there in anger.
4. Natasha tells Kesar that she knows that she wanted to go near Rudra but had to stop herself. Kesar tells her that she wanted to get Rudra out of jail because she wanted to make up for Abhi's mistake. Natasha then asks her as to what happened to Abhi. Kesar tells her that she has spoiled a lot of her relationships because of the case but she would make up for it.
5. Reema tells Shalini that this is the biggest defeat of her life. Just then, Ryan's phone rings. Reema answers it since he is not around. She is surprised to hear Kesar's voice. Kesar thinks that she is talking to Ryan and says that she is very thankful to him for his support, as without him, they couldn't have proven Rudra innocent. Reema is shocked. She asks Kesar whether Ryan indeed supported her. Kesar is shocked to hear her voice and disconnects the line. She decides to inform Pam about this. Reema tells Shalini about Ryan. Just then, Ryan comes there and Reema slaps him.
6. Dadi is happy to see Rudra at the 'mandir' and tells him to perform the 'aarti'. While he performs the 'aarti', he imagines Kesar standing next to him.
7. Reema asks Ryan as to why did he go against them. Shalini tells him that she could've been placed behind bars because of him. Ryan tells them that he knew that Rudra was innocent and they framed him. He also tells them that if Nitika could betray her family for him by giving him Rudra's address, then he felt that he should do the right thing for her. Reema throws him out of the house. Just then, Pam comes there with Nitika and tells Reema that she is happy for her daughter married an honest man. She tells her that she would take Ryan to her house and treat him as her son. She also tells her that she would let Ryan and Nitika get married once again.
8. Kesar tells Amma what happened at the court. Amma is surprised to find out that Dr. Walia was never alive. Natasha tells Amma that Kesar didn't even tell her about her plan. Kesar tells Amma that only she, Pam, and Ryan knew about it. Amma then tells Kesar that Abhi hasn't returned home yet.
9. When Abhi returns home, Kesar asks him as to what took him so long but he doesn't answer her. He turns away from her but Kesar holds his hand, with tears in her eyes. Abhi tells her that she calls him her best friend but he is hurt by the fact that she hid the truth from him.
