At Delhi, Rudra meets the minister and discusses the project. The minister approves the project and they sign the contract.
Everyone is gathered at Harman's house. Komal tells them that he is joining Kesar in her business. Bua says that she prefers using imported cosmetics than locally made ones. Kesar feels bad. Just then, the police enter to arrest Vikram, for his involvement in match fixing. Everyone is shocked, Vikram denies it but the police tell him that they have arrested a bar girl named Mumtaz, who has confirmed his involvement. Dadaji is extremely upset and asks the police to arrest Vikram.
Rudra arrives Mumbai when Kesar contacts him and informs him of Vikram's arrest.
At the police station, Vikram attempts to bribe the police but to no avail. Just then, Rudra comes there and Vikram tells them that Rudra would release him but Rudra tells him that he has not come to release him but to tell him that he has put his family to shame by his act and he should remove the Mallya surname from his name.
At home, Bua tells the Mallyas that they are suffering because of them. She tells Harman to break all ties with Riya and the Mallyas but Harman asks her as to who is she to decide for him. He tells her that he will not punish Riya for her father's mistakes. Rudra tells them that they would break all ties with Vikram and no one from them should bail him out.
The police interrogate Vikram but he denies the charges placed on him and tells them that VM could be someone else. The police tells him that someone from his family called them up and told them that he is VM, the bookie. Vikram thinks that Kesar is behind this. He tells the police that he wants to speak to Pam Mallya before he says anything.
Rudra tells Kesar that he wanted to share his happiness with everyone but Vikram spoiled everything. Kesar tells him that she knew about this and tried to tell him but he was so busy so she spoke to Vikram but he scolded her, and then she told Harman about it but before he could speak to Vikram, the police came to arrest him. She also tells him that she is worried that Bua would break Harman and Riya's relationship but Rudra tells her that he knows that Harman wouldn't.
The bookie, who convinced Vikram to enter into a partnership with him, meets Harman in the office. Harman pays him and tells him that Vikram finally got what he deserved.
