Dhruv your slides are unavailable, you could have sent a copy of the slides to the meeting planner in advance and suggest they put it on their computer. Also the slides should be on Dhruv's computer, on a thumb drive and a CD. Also, have a hard copy of your presentation on paper. If all else fails you can have the attendees follow the handout. Make sure to have one thumb drive on you, a CD in your luggage and your computer as a carry on.
