Clock off snooze

Saachi ready to have a baby, but Dhruv says he's not ready to be a dad. Saachi 34 years old, and her clock is definitely ticking. She is trying to be patient with Dhruv, but she also anxious to start a family.

Saachi don't force the issue. Really listen to Dhruv's response and consider the manner in which you presented the idea to him. Did you make it a request, demand, expectation? Did you give him an opportunity to have an opinion? Are you more concerned with what your body is screaming internally and what you think you want or your love for Dhruv that can make it possible?

Dhruv who loves Saachi, is concerned with her happiness just as Saachi is concerned with the happiness of Dhruv. Dhruv who has never been father, is afraid. He can't handle fear well, or at all? He typically avoid what is causing that fear. Men are not mothers, they are however providers. Women love and nurture, men accomplish and provide.

Saachi will have to respect Dhruv concerns and his reluctance. As women Saachi has the ability to encourage Dhruv, support his decisions, and not tear him down for not wanting the same things she do. Funny things will happen when she give him this space and respect. Dhruv who truly love Saachi will become soft and, often for the first time, really aware of the why behind his wife? Desires and in the case of wanting a baby, this desire can be an all out need to some. Dhruv drive to provide Saachi her desires which is more powerful than all his logical reluctance. And though he's still not convinced it is a good idea, and he knows it's going to be a difficult decision commitment and change because he feels respected by Saachi, he is then freed to experience and see all the benefits his wife has presented as her reason for wanting a child in the first place.
