Indulge in some sport... physical exercise is the best way to distract one's self... For this you need skill and, of course, some help in the form of friends... Swimming is too good.

It is also proven medically that when one is depressed or sad, one should never indulge in any sedentary kind of activity.

To answer your question, I distract myself from something which is nagging me and there is no solution for the time being is watching TV continuously. I watch music channels and that too a little loudly. The purpose is solved and sometimes I get the solution also.😊

yeah I ve stopped thinking abt anythng...nd m good nw :) the dishearted feeling vanished...
if I stay without doing anythng energetic, I start having thoughts, u knw wich 1s aparna...
so I distanced myself nd nw bck 2 my full form, entertaining my frnds like before nd also making crazy posts on IF...
