@ Aditi: The only other 'lie' I can think of is when he pretended to have a heart attack or whatever that was in the first episode to get a ride. But whatever! I din pay any attention to it.. like DV. 😊
The dialogue writer btw is super biased to DV's character, he gets all the best lines, everybody else just has to make do.
@Anu: things I liked?
The cake scene... comedy of errors! there were sooo many things intentionally and unintentionally funny about it. DV being charlie chaplin and ott comic, putting a tin in the microwave and getting a cake smaller than the tin out.. the whole Aani-Aaji-Addu team work, Aaji putting something in that chart paper oven! I was laughing throughout that whole segment.
The Saachi- Dils scenes.. Addu putting the gift down n running away before his Tai finds a reason to scold him.. Saachi telling Dils that she looks more excited so she shud open it.. Dils was sooo cute trying to convince Saachi to have the cake! The card wording was random as expected. Saachi being able to hear the conversation in PN from DV's balcony!! The whole jealous bit.. was nice to see Saachi being something other than uptight for a change.
I even found DV's jogging and sit-ups while chanting '3 din, 3 din' hilarious.. I mean.. what?!?!! He's not preparing for a street fight is he?
And the last scene poetry! Total randomness! 😊
There was nothing earth shattering about the episode (thank God for that?), but I thought they managed to keep it entertaining without intense romance or OTT melodrama. And any episode with minimal Goels gets my vote. 😃
