Saachi turn up the passion in her life to seduce Dhruv. Her eye contact and facial expressions to communicate the fact that she want him. She help him relax the stress to avoid big distraction that could have kept Dhruv from getting in the mood to respond romantically.
Saachi wears red for visual appeal for Dhruv to find her more attractive than wearing any other color. She takes time for touch the idea that men don't enjoy touching and cuddling is a myth. Saachi looked at her best and she focused on what she brought to the encounter. Her touch on Dhruv face reinforce the bond of love in a relationship, which made their evening better than ever. She trying to attract Dhruv and he's the type of guy who seem open to what she was proposing. She support him and massage his ego since ego plays a massive role in a guy's personality and so does the presence of a supportive partner. Just like Saachi love to lean on Dhruv shoulder, she made sure that hers is available when he needs one. She was supportive of the things he does and the things he believes in. And as a bonus, this feeling will make him miss Saachi every time he is away from her.
They both had intuition and kissing is a very intuitive activity. It all turned out fine, especially their first kiss with someone you love. Their kiss matched the level of excitement as their date.
Dhruv and Saachi both feeling the love and Saachi intuitively use that first kiss to assess whether Dhruv is healthy and possessing a good-genes. It seem that first kiss feels and tastes good, that's an excellent start in a bonding relationship.
It will be interesting to judge if Dhruv is ethical or unethical adversarial lawyer. First, the ethical adversarial lawyer still are considered trustworthy (that is, rated highly in ethical behavior) while the unethical lawyer are highly rated in being manipulative, conniving, and deceptive not at all trustworthy. Second, unethical adversarial lawyer are also not trusting, rated highly in being suspicious of the other side. Third, there is a difference of tone. While the ethical adversarials are tough and firm, unethical adversarials are generally considered to be rude and angry.
My view - I do not see JLZ as a betrayal story.
