We should not think that...infact when aaji was so angry and upset he intervening then would have added fuel to fire...also it might be this way also that he was letting Saachi talk to them and he would intervene after she finishes. Dv has always been physically free with Saachi and his holding her is nothing new...so its possible that when he was doing it there was nobody at home...also the dress they are wearing while all mushy mushy in kitchen is white shirt on DV and suit on Saachi and when they confront aaji saachi is in chicken kurti and dv in green shirt so perhaps they were not caught in kitchen.
