at 1st - easy thing is to click on the star (u can see its written My froums there near the inbox/scraps ext)
2nd ... make topics HOT topics - red topics

views more then 250
or
replies more then 25
3rd - when u login to the forum .. just click on 5 stars
4th - make nice nice topics ... 😃
