Well I think all this is related to Milind making his millions. Ranveer often quotes his dad stressing on the part that he worked hard to erect his empire which has been over shadowed by milsi, he tries to act coy about it but I believe somewhere Milsi shook the foundations of Ranveer's father's reputation or business profit. It's related to business, Milsi has never fallen for any girl besides Ayesha and Prachi. He went to Turkey to become rich enough to keep Ayesha happy so he couldn't even dream of another woman at that point.

The Ks have never bothered to explain how Milsi acquired those riches in a very short span - perhaps he overtook someone else's company !!!!!!

this is out of the blue 😆...maybe ranbir and milind grew up together in the chawl but always hated on each other..since milind said himself that few years ago he just use to beat on anyone just b/c😆..im guessing Ranbir liked Sukriti..but once milind found out..he probably beat the living crap out of this guy..messed up his face..that he had to get a plastic surgery..and now hes back to take REVENGE! haha!😎

Me agree with Munee....that its all to do with business........as so clearly stated by Ranbir in the shower scene of his......Milland did something unintentionally......top ruin Ranbir and his family business or such. Thus we have him after Millands life...maybe Ranbirs father lost his Hotel business in Turkey....to Milland...in a take over bid....adn thus took his life...and therefore Ranbir the son is out for revenge to kill Milland for being the cause of his fathers death.

It does not seem like its due to a female that Ranbir wants to kill Milland. All to do with Milland making Millions so fast....that too in Turkey.
