question on divorce

I just started watching Kayamath. I have some questions, don't know if they have already been written before, if anyone has already posted could you let me know where the post is. Of course, it is waste to think such intelligent things in an Ekta serial, right?

1. Did Milind and Prachi not get divorced during that Rithwick fiasco? Did the divorce get stopped or did they get the divorce? And were they not supposed to be remarried and that is when the accident happened?
2. If the divorce took place, then technically and legally Prachi is not Milind's wife any more and she is only his ex-wife. So marrying Neev is not wrong.
3. But Ayesha and Neev are yet to be divorced as per law as once they have consented to a mutual divorce and Neev had signed the papers, does it not take time for the court to award such a divorce in India and do they not say that there is some time like 3 months or 1 year they have to wait before the court awards the mutual divorce?

I am very curious because I just started to watch and was silently reading the updates on this forum.

No Milind and Prachi did not get divorced, the divorce was stopped on time, so they are still legally married in the eyes of the law...so marrying Ayesha or Neev is legally wrong counts to bigamy. Yes, Michi were going to get remarried again as Milind wanted to make it up to Prachi after the way he misunderstood her, but the accident happened. Regarding the question about Neev and Ayesha, I cant answer that one, I dont know enough about india's divorce law, but in the serial, those papers that neev and ayesha signed were not even sent to the courts, neither was a divorce case filed.
