The moment Milind gets an inkling or a hint that Prachi is in love with him, am sure he won't be able to stop himself from confessing his feelings for her. 😳 But sadly for now, he will not act on his feelings as he supressing his feelings.

I guess as Milind is so emotional, he can't stop his feelings towards Prachi, coz this is also a boon of Kaali Maa where Prachi prayed to her to give back her love when MICHI stuck up in the curphew, so anyways Milind will come out with his feelings but expresses it in emotional way when Prachi is hurt by Ayesha or if she is in danger etc & etc. But all the way it happens before Milind gains his memory back to prove that true love never defeats whatever may be the circumstances.
