opti to understand ayesha.... you need to put yourself in her place.... and you must not judge her for her actions....

she has loved mills .... no one must deny that....yaar even mills knows this...and yes her revenge took over his importance...but in live we all make our choices... and she made hers... and she ended up empty handed...

do you really think that ayesha cares about her status or wealth.... nope dear... she only went behind them cause she thought prachi cares for them....

Were well and beautifully answered dear...yes once Ayesha truly loved Milland....but circumatances...adn being alone without any guideance...she lost her way...adn now...she has nothing...

She choose the wrong path ...and now her love is turned into Obsession...as the one she loved...loves her no more but her enemy...Prachi...

That's precisely my point Shanta and Krishna. It appears that her hate for Prachi outweighed her 'love' for Milsi even before since it is she who left him not the other way around. I know she did'nt care about the wealth or status. But that burning need for revenge just blinded her to her love. Leaving the one you 'loved' so as to take revenge against the one you hate is like cutting one's nose to spite one's face.
That is why I wonder what did love ever mean to her.

Deep down I think she thought that Milsi will wait around till whenever she felt like coming back. Now that to me does not look like love. She seems to be so overconfident about the effect she had on him. It also showed how much she cared (or rather did'nt care)for his feelings. Yes, she may have thought that what she felt for Milsi was love. Since she did not have any experience of unconditional love from her parents, I can excuse her for it. But I cannot accept that what she felt for him was love at all. Look at all the incidents she quoted at the hospital after her suicide fiasco to make Milsi realise what they had (and what she thinks they continue to have). It was all about how he stopped talking to a girl whom she did not like, about how when she spent a night with him (after his tiff with his father)he told her that he never wanted it to end and so on. All that showed Milsi's love for her not hers for him. She treated him like she owned him.

No, I think she never really loved Milsi or any one for that matter. Her love for self was far too much. If I had any doubt at all, her words to Neev on Suki's wedding night fairly sealed it for me. She tells him that she may have left Milsi but she cannot tolerate any one else having him. Just what does she think he is? His feelings, his well being all these are secondary to her need.

True...maybe it was the only love she could feel or associate with.....as...she never had it in her lofe...and the result of love ...of her mothers for her father...left a bad impression in her eyes....

Thus...what she feels for Milliand is teh love one has for ones favourite possession....Somehting that eblongs to me....can't ever belong to another.....or if one loved me....he can't love another in the sam way at all ...adn that to over me....

Thus...its not love in the classic sense.....or true love...or lvoe without conditions and barriers....

For her the meaning of love is completley different...then what is may be for Milli, Prachi...or us....

Ayesha remind me of my little niece. My niece doesn't care for her toys, she won't even look at it until some other child ( child of a guest) touch it and she always makes huge scene. One day my bahabi gave away one of her toys to somebody and my niece did so many nataks( you know how children do dramas?)to show how much she liked that toy?
I think Ayesha treats Milind the way my niece treats her toys

English is a strange language. The word love can be used for a whole lot of things, both animate as well as inanimate, for people as well as pets. We say we love our parent. We also say we love our dog/cat etc. We say we love our books, paintings and other inanimate objects.

Extending that definition of love, Ayesha does love Milsi, as one would a dog or any other pet. To Ayesha Milsi is her lap dog. He needs to be faithfully coming back to his mistress whenever she calls him.

I agree with the points that Opti has made, I for one feel like Ayesha has crossed all her limits, maybe she did initially 'love' Milsi, but what Ayesha is in love with now is her pure obsession to take away everything that matters most to Prachi that is Miland. Sorry but I can no longer sympathise with Ayesha esp after she instigated Suk to run away from her engagement. Suk is Miland's pride and has almost single handedly raised her, and Miland's family is the most important to him, she put his family's reputation at stake and baba's health at stake so she (Ayesha) could get a few points over Prachi Milsi once said ' loving somebody is every person's right, but that doesnt mean that in trying to get your love, you do bad/wrong to somebody.

Here not only Ayesha has hurt Prachi in the process of trying to win Miland like some trophy boy, she has hurt Miland too...the guy is still suffering today because of that fake ONS, how could Ayesha let Miland fall in his own eyes by making him believe such a thing😕

I could write a whole chapter on why i think what Ayesha feels for Miland is not love but obsession and that for Prachi, but I will stop.

Btw, Opti, thanks for the detail on the episode in which Ayesha reminded Milsi of what she has done for him after her suicide..didnt watch that episode...thanks god I didnt..just makes me mad to think of her mind-boggling jap.

Thats what I am saying too...Ayesha may have onece loved him...maybe a smidgeon...but not love in its true sense.....

And what she has now for Milladn is not love but Obsession .....an obsesssion to make Milland hers as he is Prachi's....
