Like I mentioned in another post, this Ayesha is a very strong woman physically.
Besides that she must be a very powerful woman also that everyone just lets her do whatever she wants and lets her get away with it. In today's episode for instance:
1- She just barges into the doctors room and the doc does not even look up and ask her what she wants and how dare she come in without permission.
2-Of course, the register(?????????????????????), which she can just take and look at without authorization and just look into it. And which hospital keeps a register like that........đđđ.
3-She can just walk into any orphanage etc, while Alaap needs permission or some such stuff.
