Actually the 'no' and 'won't blame him' are kinda the same...

Nah she won't hate Neev or blame Neev for Pranay. That would be so out of character for her.

No...She won't hate or blame Neev for what Pranay did..
Cuase it wasn't Neev who did anything..Neev doesn't even know so she can't really hate him or blame him for something he didn't do...
