Was it necessary....

hello dear friends in Kayamath forum...

I know everyone is really excited about yesterdays episode. Me too. It was a good episode with lovely dialogues and mindblowing performance from the whole cast.. The best part was they concentrated on all characters except Alaap in this one episode and still made it interesting.. A 30 minute action packed treat😊... Even Neev had some awesome dialogues in the small time frame he got👏 Must applaud the creatives for a well arranged episode..

Now on to the title for the topic.. What I want to ask is was it necessary to show MP's consummation scene in this detail in yesterday's episode.. They could have shown that they both slept together, but in this detail😕.. I am not a backward thinking person and I dont say that I have never seen such scenes before or always fastforwards these scenes.. I am the biggest fan for the movie Jism (for the story of course).

How much ever we say Indian audience have been matured or not, have we actually? I was able to see this scene since I live alone with my hubby. I would have seen this even if I was at my home and would have joked with my parents (as they are really friendly).. but would I be comfortable seeing the same if I was at my in laws place.. I don't think so..

One of my friends pointed it out to me it was a 11pm show so chalta hain.. I agree to an extend but still Balaji shows and star plus boast abt being family views. So is the episode really eligible for family viewing?

As per me I don't think so.. For me it would have been the best if they would have just stopped after going to the gazebo or something like that (btw open air... that was weird and funny).. For me the most important scene in the episode was when P stiops M and then they hug.. it was the most romantic moment for me..they didn't have to show all those other scenes to make it more romantic for me...

All said I am happy for such a fantastic episode👏.. the story atlast moved forward..That is more important.. Even though I would have loved it more if this happened after the clearance of Sukriti track.

As of now all MP fans except few like me has enjoyed the consummation scenes tremendously.. I want to ask all NP fans or may I say Neev fans, if in future NA is shown as a couple and their story progresses, then would you guys also want such bold scenes to be shown on them?

Please give me your honest openion guys. Please no comparison for NP and MP and no comparison between Kayamath and KS too (we always tend to do that😊)

Cheers ladies

Shan

Edited to add

Its high time Indian television brought grading system.. they should say if it is PG, 15+ or anything else before the show itself...

Shan darling,

Wonderful topic dear.....adn completley agree with you that the epsidoe was fantastric...mindblowing...loved the fact that each and every character had asubstantial part nad great dialogues too...Hats off to the creavtives for that and suprising us....👏

Now for me the best scene was....Prachi...opening her mouth and what a way too...that she shuts up Milland for the first time....😆 Our Milli baby...I mean my Milli baby😉 and your Bhaiya😃...couldn't get a word in....😆

Loved that whole scene and it could have been made more better with a few punches thrown in...and Prachi pushing him in the pool near by...😆

Yes the hug was too damn romantic.....😆 The most romantic part of the epissode for sure....😃

As for the scene....being necessary...maybe it was not....we could have had a fade out....but...I persoanlly found it okay...beautifully shot....and the best part was it was not vulguar..... or over the top like some scenes in other dramas.....

In my opinion...Indian audiences is moved on and have matured...if one sees that from movies like....Hum Tum.....Faana....Dhoom....Jism....etc.....

And I think I was the one to point out hat this show is a 11 o'clock show.😆...but do agree with you completely.....that dramas should have ratings for thier shows....PG, pg15+ etc....😃

The rest is upto the partents...on how they monitor their young ones..and what they deem is watchable...

Love

Krishna

I agree, they did not need to show all of it. They could've just shown them hug and at the end after it's all over.. 😳 😆

well...i think what they showed was fine...maybe because living in the US for so long...and seeing people literally making out on the tv screen on a regular basis has made me immune to this...but i must say...to see two white/mexican/black people kissing...i can get over that...but when its two desi's ...it can get awkward especialy if your parents are sitting right there...but they showed the scene with class and romance...it wasnt vulgar or anything...detailed...but i think the audience appreciated it...for die hard mp fans...seeing them like that was a real treat...it was intimate and tender...it was perfect...but thats just my opinion...hope i didnt offend anyone

Please dont get me wrong.. I am not saying it was shot in a vulgar way.. It was a really well shot scene.. Must applaud the directors for the awesome episode in whole.

As Jaz said we all have seen lot more making out scenes that too vulgarily on our television sets.. Even Indian films have moved on really forward..

All I am saying is they should have ratings for the shows in Indian television.. I felt the detailing was not necessary for the story.. thats all 😊 .. I did enjoy the episode tremendously.
