He is guilty...but only coz he compromised aeysha not because he cheated on Prachi.
Maybe we r all wrong and he doesn't care for Prachi after all. Like he says she's only a wife in name only so he doesn't need to feel guilty where she's concerned.

I really don't understand both Milind and Prachi because without hearing anything they come to the point (I mean not listing to each other brings in misunderstanding). I hope I made sense!
