ok so he told prachi hes not like her brother etc.
lets take a closer look at milnad as a brother shall we? before he hit the jackpot, what did he do? an honest days of work? nope, he sat around the house, living off his fathers money, a fullly grown man. his sister, wanting to do somthing for herself, worked . and THAT offended him. ok? that makes sense, (not). sukriti was reduced to a referee in her own home, breaking up fights between father and son. and making sure both did not go to bed hungry.
Sure, Lets take a closer look at Milind, The Brother. Milind wanted to work on his own terms, if he refused offer from the Shah Industries it was because he didnt want to get into the same situation he is against. If he was against his father... It was because his father didnt understand his point of view, his aspirations... any young man who has a rebel streak in him would do just that. What i like about Milind is that he stand by what his beliefs are and with conviction even if he has to fight the world for it. And it is a remarkbale quality in him... he wants to be a self made man, so what is wrong with that? His Family if not support his determination atleast could afford it in its own small way.... well, families are meant for that. Arent they? I am glad Milind stood by his belief and his confidence in himself…he wouldn't reached the heights he has today(on his own terms) if he had listened to his father👏.
Coming to Sukruti's job. I didnt get what u wanted to say... that Milind was against a career for her😕? If that is what it is... then my answer an emphatic NO. He was against her working as a maid, in a place she wasn't respected.... he was against her putting her dignity at stake...he wasn't happy with himself either and he blamed himself for not being able to provide for his family. And How did u forget that it was Milind, who after all that unfair humiliation that his sister faced ensured she would continue her studies, He personally dropped her to college was against his father sending her away to Delhi. He stood by his sister as her ONLY unconditional support, knowing very well she made a mistake, he was the only one to believe his sister was the victim of Alaap's playboy attitude. He didnt let her buckle down in circumstances, he made her strong enough and self confident to fight a jerk like Alaap... and even today he stands by her. With all the money Milind made, if Milind was against Sukruti having a career... he could have given her a dozen credit cards and she could have spend the entire day shopping & with friends. No, today Sukruti is working with him in his business with equal responsibility of a top management executive, only second in command of the Mishra Group o f Industries after Milind himself.
About Sukruti being a referee… that made him a bad brother😕? That happens in most of the household! And if Sukruti maintained a balance in the house it was because she understood Milind's point of view and supported him in that. At the same time he sweet talked him into listening to a bit of their father as well but never asked him to compromise on his self respect or dreams.
Milind is and always will be Sukruti's Emotional & Physical strength and support. And Alaap? Do let me know when a trace of genuine concern or understanding crosses Alaap's face for Prachi, Bobby & Soumya.... then perhaps this discussion would be on equal grounds!
and hes complaining that inder family always made him look like a loser? that they always made him feel like they are better than him? who exactly did that?
It is mostly the Alaap-Sukruti issue that has Milind filled with vengence, and his bitterness towards the entire family is because they stood by Alaap. Sounds Fair enough to me atleast. He didnt have a problem with the Shahs as much as he had with his father with regard to them. He refused to understand why he had to feel the sense of gratitude when they paid his father for job he does... he refuses to acknowledge Mishraji's claim that Inder Shah is no less than a God figure for them. How many of us would take our father's boss as the God of the house? Milind believes in dignity fo Labour and he didnt appreciate the way his father was being treated. Yes, Inder and Premlatha have always been very courteous to him... but Milind has never seen that. He finds his dad doing more of their personal work expecting even Milind to lend a helping hand! And how many of us would appreciate old used clothes being passed on to us? It is humiliating, he doesnt hold it against the Shahs as much as he holds it against his father for accepting it.
inder i know for a fact, was a hard worker and unlike miland, he spent years and years to get to where he was. and so shouldnt his hard work pay off to his children? what father wouldnt want that?
Did I miss something that glorified Inder😕 As far as i remember Inder in his younger days used Paint and he didnt even make an decent enough living with that, his wife used to make end meet with her Lunchbox service. Inder, with an aging mother and a pregnant wife was busy indulging in his hobby along with an extra martial affair only to desert her without a word. And long after all the kids were born Inder still managed a moderate living, remember he had a cycle he took all his 4 kids on that... and in short span of time he became a multi millionaire. Proof of that would be the Baby Prachi who roamed around on his cycle was seen plying in a luxury car. So if Inder fortune was honourable because it was 'Hard Work' and not a 'Jackpot' then why is Milind hard work being taunted off as Jackpot?
as far as wanting the same tshirt as alaap had, that has got to the the most pityful thing i have ever heard. clothing, how superficial can one get. it makes sense it hurt years ago but thats what you are gonna tell the woman whom you scared the living dau lights out of? come on. every kid has somethingthey want but cant get. i still want a really cool car but im not gonna go blame it on soem rich people who got it .
Lets take the mental psyche of a 10 year old kid... A kid cant deal with disappointment... how do u expect that innocent kid to take the taunt of an insensitive shopkeeper? Who is the shopkeeper to decide who deserves what😡? When he is asked about the Price of an article his job is to let them know it... the Mishras can afford it or not is none of this concern. Milind anger in this particular instance was with the Shopkeeper and not the Shahs. Today the business tycoon that Milind Mishra is he could have walked into that shop and had the entire shop staff running from pillar to post to lay at his feet anything he or his wife wishes. If his hurt was as trivial as not getting a shirt... he could have done away with that feeling by just stopping his Benz in front of that Mall, he would have valet rushing his way to park his vehicle, he would have had the owner himself attend to him... he could have walked out with a huge bill and with the feeling of being satisfied. But sad his hurt wasnt 'Pityful' but way beyond with left an indelible mark on him for ever. I am sure none of us blame a rich man because he roams around in a Big Cool Car... but how many of us will tolerate being time and again being taunted that we cant afford that Big Car and it is a mistake to even aspire one?
and as far as allap and sukriti goes, well if miland was a more attentive brother and just used reasoning and civilized manner liek ayesha and prachi were doing alaap would have been busted.but nope, he creates a huge scene in which he looks liek an idiot and accomplishes nothing.
so my point being, after what miland pulled yesterday , i know he didnt rape her but still what he did in the name of a brothers love was low and now hes no better than laap in my opinion.
I will not defend Milind for what he did with Prachi... It was down right sick. But even then I wouldnt put him at the same pedestal as Alaap. Simply because I for fact know that Milind deep inside knew what he was doing wasnt the right thing and hence the acknowledgement came later about how he cant stoop down to the level of Alaap. I can bet on anything about the fact that when Milind comes back to his reasoning self with the alcohol and the misunderstanding drained out of his system he will be ashamed and regretful for what he has done and I more than sure he will respect Prachi's decision what ever it is for what he has done…. Irrespective of the decision she makes he will always will be there for her whenever she needs him. And IF Prachi gives him a second chance I am sure Prachi is going to be Happiest and the Most Loved & Cherished Woman.
And I have always been a believer in second chances and I do wish Prachi gives him one, It is her right to decide after all. Alaap has got chances far too many, he doesn't seem to realize how sinful it is to play with lives of other people for his daily pervert pleasure. There is no which way I would insult Milind by pulling him down to a level of Alaap… because for me there is far too many qualities and emotions that actually Matter that separates Milind and Alaap that cant be erased by Milind's impulsive behaviour caught in a moment of irrational insanity under the influence of alcohol. Well, didnt this post get made in the 1st place because it was Milind who did the mistake and one expects him to be right... Alaap's misdeeds never evoke so much of discontent, do they? That is because such shoddy behaviour is Alaap's 2nd nature?
The point is Milind is and will always be a far supreme as a Son, A Husband, A Brother, Businessman and as a Human Being in comparison to Alaap or for that matter anyone else on the show!
