Inder is married to Premlatha but has an illegitimate child with Amrita. Inder's legitimate daughter Prachi, who is in love with Neev, is engaged to Varun who turns out to be already married. Inder's son Aalaap has an affair with Mishraji's daughter Sukruti but marries Suyesha. Prachi later is all set to marry Neev but Inder gets killed before that. Neev marries Ayesha, who is Inder's illegitimate daughter and in love with Milind, while Milind marries Prachi who is in love with Neev. "Milind and Prachi fall in love". Ayesha tries to separate Milind and Prachi. After Ayesha fails in her attempts and Milind and Prachi remarry, Mallika tries to separate them, succeeds and also kills Ayesha. Prachi fake marries Proteek and lives with him for 5 years. Milind meets Prachi and Prachi gets back with Milind after Proteek unites them. Neev's father Pranay who had earlier killed Inder tries to kill Milind by hypnotizing Prachi. But Milind foils Pranay's plans helped by his Aunty and finally Milind and Prachi unite and happily live ever after (hopefully!).
