Mala, Ganpat and co did not have to tell Milsi because Prachi herself told it to him.

If I were Ayesha, I would have probably thought about Milind, before taking Neev's help.

See you have not understood my Ayesha at all. The last thing she would do is to accept someone's help as far as possible. She knew if she had approached Milind he would have gladly let her stay in his house or even offer her a room in his hote but then she will feel obliged to him. With Neev she has a strict business deal. She is his paying guest. If she offers to pay, Milsi would have surely not accepted it as Neev was willing. Moreover, with Milsi having his own worries about the babies, she did not want to burden him further with her problems. She did not think of Neev too. Neev's offer came at the last moment when she was at her wits end.
