I agree GD... my anger is diverted to those sadistic creatures who know nothing about retaining consistency... and this is not the first time at all they have done in the past too with other K serials

nice post GD hun and i so agree with you...
i have started to take everything with a pinch of salt...adopted a policy to just be numb to any situation being showered by the so called talented creatives coz i know they do not care a damn about fans feelings...i have nothing to say for them...words from my dictionary have run out...they love butchering characters... first they put them on a high predestal and then drop it like a bomb..which infuriates fans to no end..therefore i am not into any character assasinations..coz its actually the creatives who are the sole blamers...hence for me its the creatives who will not be spared to what situation they have put us in 😡😡

You are absolutely right! Shabbir's fans would have truly KILLED Sandy if he had dared butcher Milind's character!

Also, judging by Kekta's other serials, it's the MEN that have affairs and ONS, and hence I guess everyone was more concerned about M getting tainted!

What's 'unique' about this scenario is that the WOMAN left HER MAN voluntarily, and is involved in a fake marriage for five years! Unlike in the past, the lady has fallen from grace instead...did they have to do this to MY DOLL though????!!!!!!!!!! The woman who, I still believe, worships her relationship with her husband? lolz

the worst part is, she was such a lovable character..they took minutes to ruin it! I hope her redemption is credible and strong!

My theory is that they wanted to exalt Milsi at the expense of Prachi because they know that most viewers who watch the show will not take to butchering Milsi's character. So they butchered Prachi instead.

They could have had a leap in several different ways, one of which could have been Prachi leaving town, not knowing what became of Milsi and Malli. If they had her coming back to witness Malli-Milsi in bed, they could have shown her leave in disappointment in a hurry not seeing what followed next. They could have refrained from showing Milsi witnessing Prachi get into the train, beg her so pathetically not to leave, trip and fall on the platform and make her witness all this. That way, even if there was a blast, Milsi would not have realised that Prachi was in that train. Her family would not have presumed her dead. She would not have had reason to believe they did, since nobody knows she was in that train. So thre would be no obligation on her part to let them know she is alive.

In this scenario, if she had gone with Proteek to his place ashis wife's sister, nobody would have felt so furious. If she lived as his fake wife, but was shown to respect her boundaries, not behaving like a giddy headed teenager, even then people would have accepted her but with a pinch of salt.

But the creatives deliberately created a situation wherein Prachi witnessed Milsi's reaction of Malli, she knew he will do anything for her, she heard him beg not to leave and yet she left in his full presence. She was aware he knew which train she boarded. She knew that the guy would go crazy after the bomb news. Yet, she seems to have done nothing to let her family know she was alive and well.

To top it all she goes to Proteek's house, lives there as his fake wife and prances around the house like a giddy headed teenager in the presence of the whole family.

Now, all this was too much to take. It is very clear the creatives have systematically put down Prachi and the only reason I can think of isto get back a ruthless Milsi since most here want to see him back in that avatar. I cannot see Milsi empathising with this Prachi now, something he would have been forced to do with the old Prachi had the scenario played out the way I put forth.

So at the end of the day this is the price we Michians have to pay for falling in love with this jodi.

I don't think they needed to butcher Prachi to highlight Milind. They could have shown a better reason for Prachi to walk behind Prateek.. something like Panchi Dasgupta died in saving Prachi and hence she asked Prachi to be the mother of the kid, or Prateek saved Prachi while Panchi could have been saved (unknowingly) and hence Prachi felt her life is indebted to Prateek et.al. family. This way too they could have shown Prachi to be a loyal daughter in law of the Dasgupta family as she is grateful. She could have shown fake married too. But they didn't need to show this Prateek Prachi scene. They could have shown all that shayri ched-chad but only to end it as they run to the room away from the eyes of family members. They could have also had her hear from Mallika in some way so that she didn't dare to call home and check out what's up with Milind and her family.

Even in this situation, Prachi when she meets Milsi, could have been in dilemma of choosing between her heart and responsibilities which would have drove Milind crazy. It would have been still interesting where initially Milsi assumes it's Panchi but his heart says it's Prachi and he goes through a range of emotions. He could have easily shown turning ruthless to his wife who left him, hid her son from him now pretending as another man's wife and not accepting her old identity. They could have shown Prachi is helpless as she is scared of Mallika and deeply indebted to Prateek (which is not the case now as he didn't really need to to with Prateek) That way Prachi's character wouldn't have been butchered this badly while Milind could have been highlighted too.

^ Accepted, MFR! Their only folly was showing that scene, especially on the first day of the leap...I mean, what the HELL were they thinking!
The more I think about Prachi, my heart only pines for her, for barring that ONE scene, she has done NO WRONG! :( Maybe some decisions were silly, but her intentions were always PURE, yaar!
I am just not able to let go of her, although I certainly feel calmer and happier than a week ago :)
