They can show this way,Prachi entered the train and Prateek in his dream ,dreams he lost his wife took Prachi to his house,But he gets up and thinks as dream and in reality original Panchi won't die .All three go home and they can build the story from there.

I have one more scenario.May be they can show this was all mallika's setup.She made Prateek do this and Prachi knows this truth and goes out of the house with her kid.Milind won't understand her because he is angry for leaving her,at the sametime Prateek becomes obssesive lover who stalks Prachi.Knowing this milind comes and rescues,something would be fine.
