Shah Rakh Khan has teamed up with Hollywood star Ashley Judd for a one hour documentary on AIDs awareness being directed by Chandramauli Basu of Miditech. The documentary is being put together by Population Services International and National Geographic Channel. Ashley Judd's part in the film involves narrating the documentary to audiences via interactions with those affected by AIDs.

As the director reveals, ' The one hour film incorporates stories of those in Mumbai and a few other cities which make us aware of how widely the disease has spread. As a Hollywood star she plays a huge role in creating global awareness about the disease and fund raising for the victims.'

The film will also feature Sushmita Sen and Akshay Kumar interacting with the AIDs patient. While Sush and Ashley will interact with the sex workers from Kamathipura, Akhsay Kumar will interact with truck drivers at Jaipur in an effort to know the real condition of the disease and its victims in India. The film will be released on World AIDs day, the first of December.
