Hi guys,

Just watched the last episode, well binged watched episode 111 to episode 260 during the weekend, and I was so excited, emotional and sad too. It's the 1st Indian show I didn't gave up on when watching it online (minus OTT ones). Sincerely, I started watching like a month or two after its start earlier this year, as I like binge watching shows instead of watching it on a daily basis. I now feel like that's the best show in a while, inspite of it being a réadaptation of Turkish show Binbir Gece. Now I feel as if I have nothing to do in life, as this made me watch other Turkish shows, with subtitles, in between.

Anyone feeling the same as me?

I was crying rivers in episode 255-256. That's a first for an Indian TV show.

Also, grew to love Adnan Khan and Aditi Sharma as Viaan and Katha. For Viaan I grew to hate him intensely to love him to bits and for Katha, understood her when her child, Arav, came first.

Wish they broadcast it in Mauritius too, but I highly doubt they'll do that. I can only hope. Here in Mauritius, it airs 1 or 2 popular shows which are still running or a bunch of shows which are finite, thanks to the never ending Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, I guess.

Sorry for my scattered thoughts, but I'm highly emotional right now, due to me watching the ending!!

Hi smiley31

I am literally feeling same as you. An empty void is created which is hard to fill that's why come here often to see if anything happened.

You are lucky that you were able to see everything in one go. When I joined the forum, I watched then aired ,160 episodes in one go and my perspective was much different from others as everything was fresh in my memory. From episode 160, I watched daily. I planned to watch all the episodes once again from 160 to 260 but, don't have enough time.

I want to ask, what did you feel about the post leap track? Because as a regular watcher, it was difficult to digest the character change (not exactly a character change as Katha was still doing everything for Aarav just like before) and details were revealed slowly which made the show a bit unbearable in beginning phase. I was also very annoyed in the beginning but, as the details were revealed and complexity of the situation was shown, my perspective softenened.

How did you perceive the post leap track as you were able to see everything in one go?

Personally looking back at the story , I think ( this is my personal view ) , the makers have given a lollipop ending and it was unjustified. The ideal ending would have been ( still 7 minutes were there where they start to show after few months ) katha dream wedding where everyone comes together and Viaan re-reciting the vows he took during the dream wedding sequence and Katha too .

Hoping for S2 is okay but practically very tough . So no hope for me .

I have started watching old episodes from where viaan confessed his love.

I think the beautiful journey of their love, katha's realisation was so pure and magical. First time amidst all the criticism going on online, it affects your thought process also. Somehow I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest first time. So I am watching it again and now I am noticing the subtleties which I missed back then.

I am noticing minute details.

For example, in picnic scene where viaan gets injured, first time I didn't feel anything special but now as I watched it I noticed they took so much time to focus on katha's inner turmoil.

She didn't run immediately, she kept standing there for atleast for a minute, she remembered her reply of not wanting to help him if he gets injured, she let her mind win almost but at the last moment her heart forced her to come to viaan and help him.

From far away viaan was not bothered about his injury but he was noticing her battle with her emotions and when she decided to leave it looked like he felt that pain more than the injury pain and when she come back, he felt like there is hope which light up his eyes.

All this combined with fantastic background music and song looks very beautiful.

Beautiful....that's the very reason i sometime try to keep away from the online reviews and tidbits...but alas cannot stop myself and end up confused....i love how my Mom and Sisters are away from the social media reviews and enjoy the show as it is...I too am watching it for the 3rd time now from the beginning and each and every little nuances the scenes, dialogues, expressions has me captivated....I have a lump in my throat each time Viaan controls his pain and agony as he is a Man afterall....how sad...a man is supposed to be strong..not cry...not share his pain and burden....Adnan potrayed each and every situation to perfection and that's even more reason i feel like crying as he has not got the award afterall he does not have the EK tag and backing of anyone..except his work and kindness speaks for himself which is a rarity in this fake industry...glad he got to work with someone like Aditi who is genuine and not plastic and who is a super talented actress and great person...I too feel a void after the show got over and feel sad that they ruined it towards the end and did not show us proper Kathaa Viaan scenes together...and now as Adnan told he will not act in season 2 if at all it is made our KaViaan dream has come crushing down...hope to see them both together with the fantastic team in a equally good show in par with Kathaa Ankhaee
