So some new scenes got re-shot with Ehsan & Katha to add on to Mon episode scenes?

No, they knew the 100th episode to air will be the one at the picnic so they wore the same outfits for the Instagram live for an effective celebration.

I don't think any other scenes left from that night because Viaan too should have been in the same t shirt.

New bts suggests my guess was right. On 21st Apr, Fri before 100 episode celebration, KA crew has indeed shot a new scene outdoors with Katha & Ehsan from same picnic night with same costumes,😳this added scene will air in Mon 24th Apr i.e. today episode.
