I think Reet has a limited wardrobe. Today's dress was a repeat, and my fav of hers.

I think they purposely kept the scene short to show that this is just a step in the right direction. before everyone drowns in sadness that papaG is getting off --

#1 he is well aware of his flaws and wasn't expecting anything from katha.

#2 he also understands what motivated him to lash out that way -- his grief

what I thought interesting was katha's response:

#1 it may sound like she is being the typical FL but I think it is a bit more about wanting that connection and wanting to feel like she belongs to that family.

#2 she also feels that she made a mistake in not reaching out after aditya's death. she should have come to them and tried to comfort them but instead, she withdrew

ultimately, how one feels about the scene depends on how you feel about:

#1 do you think it is okay for families to resolve conflict?

#2 if someone feels sufficinet guilt, then are we okay with forgiveness?

#3 are we okay with reconciliation if both parties want it?

#4 we are okay with reconciliation as long as ITV shows something reasonable?

So that aunty as expected is linked to Rajasthan project, she is currently on a Mumbai visit is caught by Viaan from news paper article. yup, she was able to realize how difficult it can be to break the ice when you are very aware that you are in the wrong. she was able to feel why viaan is feeling so burdened because of papaG and what he shared. papaG is very aware that he messed up and feels enormous guilt. but at the same time, he has been wanting to cross the bridge and meet her halfway but couldn't as he didn't know how. he was 100% sure that she would reject him and so was trying to stay away. he wouldn't look at her because that would make things awkward and was trying to avoid her.

so when papaG shared, she was able to understand where viaan was coming from and his awkwardness. so she reaches out to viaan; papaG is her father-in-law and one can argue that it was her farz / duty to make things right at some point. but she did not have to do the same for viaan, did she? the romance track is inching along people!

Yes Katha is slowly turning towards Viaan's side. Viaan can think about love only if he comes out of his guilt.
