While the kaali raat thing was very obvious, this type of harassment and red flag behaviour is less obvious and sometimes you give multiple chances before you accuse someone of anything, especially when it's your own boss.

She's still reeling from the Viaan thing which was very overt and negative whereas this type of harassment is more on the 'positive side'. (Over)-Friendly touches and turning up with food at her house etc it's very insidious in it's nature as you're dealing with an over-friendly puppy with no boundaries whom you're more likely to overlook.
