I would say Katha did everything possible & then some more to save Aarav. Many in her situation would have given up, or be paralysed into indecision & inaction, or wallow in self-pity, or die a 100 deaths everyday out of worry.

She has a great gift - the ability to compartmentalize, to prioritize, to focus on the urgent & important quadrant. She brought this gift to the situation, and hence she was able to keep her worries & anxieties aside & focus on what needed to be done.

It is not just raising money that she had to do but also liasing with doctors, understanding Aarav’s condition & taking care of him, byouing him up, keeping things as normal as possible around him so that he did not lose hope & had the motivation to fight - all these factors went into saving Aarav’s life. And a lot of this was Katha’s doing. But yes she got a lot of help & support from many people (except her useless inlaws).

The one thing she did practically on her own was raise the money. But why all the others are praising her for raising the money but not for looking aftr his entire treatment so well

she definitely kept it together even under duress. but should she be given award for it when she ignores the contribution of others? that is what annoys me. at least acknowledge all those people who popped in your life to make it 1% less difficult for you. her attitude that she will do it all is a bit off. or maybe it is meant to show her feeling that she did it alone and had no one to support her. in that case, her being blind to others help is a bit of a problem. it was the way she phrased it to jeetu bhai sends red flags -- forget romance but she is not ready for any relationship. she will keep everyone at arms length.

Seriously.. Ab katha ke bina earthcon ka patta bhi nehi hil raha. Others are too useless.. Nikalo sabko company se.. Katha akele sab handle kar legi. She is the queen...
