But personally me despite knowing the story...

I am very interested because i feel more connected with Hindi drama emotionally.

i thought it is only 42 episode series..

but now it is 245 episodes...so do not know

If he doesn’t “actually” do it, then what’s the story? The conflict? The whole story is pinned on his immorality and her desperation. In fact, his back and forth and his guilt is what makes him a hero, because his struggle after knowing her desperation makes his want to do the moral thing, yehi tou hai story. If he doesn’t go through with it, there is really no story.

consent is and this is very different at best you can call it dubious consent. She is under duress and has no option but to agree coz there is no other choice and that cannot be considered consensual at all. Its like victims who are under duress due to harassment from their bosses or someone in authority and they feel they have no choice but to agree. Even victims of assault are under duress because if they fight it they could be killed or be harmed and even if they say yes it does not make it consensual.

consent as “an unequivocal voluntary agreement when the woman by words, gestures or any form of verbal or non-verbal communication, communicates willingness to participate in the specific sexual act: Provided that a woman who does not physically resist to the act of penetration shall not by the reason only of that fact, be regarded as consenting to the sexual activity.” There is also the concept of affirmative consent, which the right of the woman at any time during the act can communicate her willingness to participate.

So as such prima facie, this situation would be a difficult case within the question of consent, however, it could be a violation of rules and regulations under Human Resources or byLaws of the company wherein if there is a clause on fraternizing and whether any sort of personal proposition is not allowed. This sort of rules and bylaws are established within companies to exactly address what you are talking about - which the moral nature of a boss subordinate relationship, and even relations where duress may be used to the gains of one particular party.

My point is completely different. My point is there is NO story if he doesn’t have the ONS.
