Ron is about to put the engagement ring on Shivi, Moh interrupts the rasam , she starts insulting Veena for not giving any gift to her new Son in law . She might have been middle clas earlier but now she had rich Damaad in the form of Baj , so now she was of equal status , she ought to gift Ron now . She points to the expensive necklace Kom had gifted Shivi . Moh insists the girls family had to gift the groom as this was The age old tradition , she asks Pandit ji to agree.
Pandit ji says Adaan Pradhan was very important in olden days but now a days only those who believed in this followed this . Moh tries to interrupt but she reprimands him . Kom then tries to interrupt but Moh silences her saying Kom might be bahu of Basu family Moh was the MIL and no one interrupted her . Vee states there was no mention of Adaan Pradhan and so she was not prepared . Moh comes to Kom and they exchange smiles . Niv tells Rakhi that this had to be Kom’s Pre planning . She must have been sure that Baj will make Ron a part of Bajaj business . Baj then explains his point , he over heard Ron telling Shivi that he was willing to give up his family for her sake . He then tells Pre that they were making Ron the CEO but that did not mean he would become the real CEO, he would remain a titular head , they could take away the position any time , Ron would remain under their noses n would not be able to cheat or leave his position . He was doing it for the sake of Shivi And Pre too . Pre smiles at Baj . But Baj says he expected Pre to trust him but he could see he was under MU that Pre trusted every move of his . Pre is guilty that she confronted Baj the wrong way after all he was doing everything for her family only . She wonders guiltily how to placate Mr Bajaj now .

in the hall Mol expresses his anger at Moh n how tired he had grown of her . Rakhi n Niv try to calm him. Kom tells them Moh did nothing wrong , Kom was doing everything as per tradition . It was justified to ask the girls side for gifts . Rakhi protests n opposes Kom’s ideas and states Mih was wrong . Kom confronts Rakhi for being NRI and knowing nothing of Indian traditions . Mih reprimands Basu family n asks Moh to come with her . KoMo walks away . Mol laments it was no use talking to KoMo .

Sharma family is impressed with a Baj’s move n they think very highly of him for doing so much for his sister in law .Theynused to think of Baj as a bad guy but he turned out to be such a nice person , They had thought Anu to be a nice guy but he had turned out to be the villain . Vee states they did not k ow who was nice or bad but grateful to Baj for saving Pre’s life n now Shivi too.

Kau tells upset Mol that mol Naanu should not be angry with Mih Naani , what ever they A heard her saying had to be Kom’s plans . They all know how Kom is .

Last few mins

Kom thanks Mo for the drama she created . Moh thanks Kom for supporting her . Her own family is not at all supporting her , they might be hating her too . Kom says she need not worry about her family, Kom loved her and because of Kom her family also will soon start loving her again . Moh tries to smile n agrees .
Baj comes and hands Ron the file of Baja city plans , asks him to read it carefully . Ron is so pleased to get hold of that file . Kom smiles and says she was thankful Anu was not present here or he would have fainted seeing this .
Pre is fuming , Shivi is displeased at what was happening at the engagement ceremony.

Precap

The building is on fire . Pre tried to enter the building to get Samidha. Baj stops her saying there was no one inside , everyone was outside right here . Pre enters the building and starts searching for Samidha n locates her trapped inside, she tries t rescue her , Baj enters the building on fire n searches for Pre . On hearing his voice Pre directs him upstairs where she had located Samidha , Baj notices Samidha trapped inside the inferno, pleading for help . .
