Thank you for this wonderful read as usual which is not only about your flawless writing but also an appreciation for other members who have contributed with such deep thoughts. Just adding my bits to it! It is really not much but still a significant point which I wanted to make. If you see his character has always been about survival, by hook or by crook. There has always been a strange resilience about him, he doesn’t give up so easily. Perhaps, that is the reason survival comes as a priority to him. You would always see him aiming for survival. For example passing on the juice might be a gesture of care but for the man who knows survival, It’s important to feed to gain energy. When he pulls the chair, its survival again! Not because he is a gentleman, but he knows that he has to take care of the basic survival tools. She has to rest, she has to eat, she has to smile, she has to heal. I am perhaps attributing this to his Traumatic childhood. Perhaps he learnt survival the hard way and he knows that no matter what, survival is important. Once, winning was important to him which was his survival. The streak remains the same. Instead, we see how much calmer is his demeanour now. He isn’t snarky anymore, She has changed him. He has changed her.

Like I have mentioned already in the episode discussion thread, their relationship is symbiosis. They make each other better and partially take away the bitterness that life has offered them.

Another aspect, has always fought. Earlier it was to control her emotions, he still fights every day, for her honour as well as her survival.

Lovely post. He is truly her anchor, her safety net.

Anu is a poor executor of dumb plans. His actions cost P her faith in life, years with her child. It was the moment Ps rose tinted lens came off and she started seeing life for what it is.

There are people Hurt you to Ultimately heal, but are never there to heal the wounds caused to your soul. Then there is the other kind if people, who love you thru the healing process, and beyond, and are always there, even when you arent there for yourself. Bajaj didn’t JUST save her life ( thank you DIVERS) he gave her a do over, another chance to live life on her own terms. Bajaj May have said sorry and united the thornbirds ( insert eye roll) but He has truly made amends by letting her live her on her terms, by guiding her, NOT judging her, and giving her space. She has security, that comes from his love. She knows he will be her constant. His love, his support which we have seen from the previous track is independent of hers.

We need to acknowlege men like Bajaj, who support the women in their life unconditionally. The ones who give wings to fly. Even in the previous track, he taught her to be cognizant of herself, her self respect, and now watches proudly as she achieves her goals. Indian tv needs more men like this. Enough with the man-child bumbling fools, who treat women like shit in the name of love.

There's such a sea change in the PreRish of 8 years back and the PreRish of today.

An under confident woman constantly seeking approval to a woman who's armed with the confidence and support of the man who's been her rock.

A business magnet so used to acquisitions and takeovers who almost made Prerna his project, fell hard for her and let go of her to this man who is so secure with the relationship dynamics they share that he didn't even steal a glance when she was dancing with her former partner.

Ahh...they've come such a long way!! It's a treat to watch them together and I hope this continues for some time, till the imminent heartbreak that's in store for Rishabh and us💔

I know he's on his way to a potential heart break but I also know that somewhere in his head, somewhere in his heart, he's ready for it. He knows Prerna, he knows she can fall weak and he will let her...but not before holding her. If one day Prerna decides to forgive her ex, Rishabh will just nod and take a step back with a smile on his face and pain in his heart but he will be okay. Because for him, nothing matters more than her happiness.

ATC, this post was truly the perfect way to describe what RB was, what he is and what he'll always be. Her anchor.

Bajaj knows that he would never be chosen, he knows she was never his, and knowing this, has given him enough pain yet strength as well as he is able to make peace with the fact. He rose in love rather than sinking in the feeling that he will not have her. When he thought he wouldn't have the fortune to be with her ever, Almighty gave him another chance and today he knows how much she trusts him and knowing that She is THE ONLY ONE who understands him, he is happy. He rose in love and whatever he has today, he is happy and at peace with it. All he wants his her being happy, if that means he will have to part away from her or with his life he happily did it before, he happy will do so tomorrow too ♥️ his one sided unrequited unconditional heart rekindling love. ♥️

Worst part is that, Bajaj knows he won't get love ever and has been okay with it. He wanted a family always, but he was denied of that, he wanted a mother in Veena, but she didn't like him, he loved his whatever family he had, relations by heart not blood, he wanted just his wife the mother of his child but he didn't have the chance to have any. So now that he got Prerna back he knows his love won't be reciprocated, yet he is okay with it, because he knows he hasn't gotten the luck that most are blessed with.

His one sided unrequited love is so 💔 but that only elevates his kind of love. Its hard to love without expectations so for him to do willingly do that. Thats makes him the most wonderful man.

The Fates have denied him everything in the past so now he's just happy with her trust which in itself is enough for him. He's learned to just give and not take. But the universe works in mysterious ways,no? He'll finally have everything he wanted and he wouldnt even have to try. ❤️

Right from the first episode, post leap , Rishab Bajaj seemed a different man, there was certain calmness , serenity, he seemed secure, assured, stable, content and happy with the dynamics and space he is in today, the challenge, the fire, the claim, the settling scores, the yearns, the demands, the urges, the wants have all taken a backseat

he yearned, not for her love, but for her trust back then, he wanted her to be in the 1% ppl who truly knew him , back then he went to jail just to earn her trust, but then he never got that ...but today he is the ONLY one whom Prerna trusts in the entire world and he is aware if it , he knows it, his heart is at peace

Her implicit and immense trust in him, I feel, changed him , he made peace with all the restlessness and anxiety and yearns and desires , he is aware that she may never love him back , and he isn't going that extra length to pursue her love , or forcing her to love him back or demanding her love for him, he is just being the anchor for her, her support ,her armor .

He is unconditionally in love with her, with no expectations from her which kind of made him more assured , brought the stability and calmness in him which kind of gave him the a contentment and bliss , that she let him be her guide , to support her , to help her in achieving what she wants "aap chaahti kya hai"


Even when he met Anurag , he casually said , "i said I will come back and asks how he was "had it been the previous Rishab Bajaj he would have smacked and ruined Anurag Basu and the entire Basu family the moment he knew what he did to Prerna ..

today he wasn't spitting any fire or throwing daggers or challenging him, he was very casual cool and composed , he was least bit insecure , he is no longer restless, there wasn't a strain of jealousy in him, on the other hand he was very assured, very cool n casual, very secure , stable in his space . He lets her take the lead .

He clarifies to her that he wasn't sure how she would have handled meeting the same ppl who hurt her , but he is proud as how brilliantly, calm , composed she handled everything, he knows even if he is not around, Prerna is now so strong that no one will be able to hurt her or break her , he thought of letting her go on her own in the last lap "kuch raaste aapko khudh thai karne honge" but then he came down to be her support, Saturday episode that walk from behind and standing by her was so profound , and not to be ahead of her or take things in his hand , he says that he wanted to do everything in her favor tonight ..because he thought she would falter or tremble on seeing those ppl again.

communication is the key to their relation, i loved how he was sharing everything and they were conversing like how they should in any relation as that's what is foundation for a relation

Prerna thanks him for always giving her the strength , holding her hand in his, his counter, "THANK YOU, PRERNA" is so poignantly heartbreaking, it has such a wrench to it when he thanked her , for her allowing him to be that ONE person as part of her journey , his thank you is for the implicit trust she placed in him, for this man, her trust is much more imperative than her love . he can do ANYTHING for her , put the world at her feet if she wants and for that she doesn't have to love him back, all she has to do is ask him and he would move mountains for her , that's is his love for her .

If he is her anchor , she has anchored him, that's how complimentary their relation is

"Can I borrow my wife " , was so casual unlike his previous "She is my wife, back off", what has the man come to, what a turn around , if we say he has changed that impulsive and naive Prerna and made her Rishab Bajaj's Prerna , "yeh meri Prerna hai", his version of Prerna, today we can confidently say she changed him to the extent where this man is Prerna's Rishab Bajaj, it's just a matter of words before she says "he is my Rishab Bajaj"

pleasantly surprised to see him quit alcohol, may be because of her ?

the dance, when there was swap, last time he held onto her like an anchor and didn't let her fall on Anurag, today it was different, he freely let goes off her to the person who hurt and shattered her, there was no trace of insecurity or jealous or restlessness and rather he was amused at Komo , infact komo and Prerna glanced at each other but not him .

when he has made peace with his unrequited love , and there is no expectation of reciprocation from her, if she does it's a boon , he is not urging or yearning like he did in the past , he made peace with his desires and yearns , he is very comfortable and assured in his space just being there for , with her "hamesha"

The way they communicate, like there are no secrets. She tells him all she feels and he's always listening. Always concerned, always looking out for her. All this and yet he has made peace with the fact that she'd never feel the way he does. Prerna will wake up one day and realize what she's missing out on. ❤️
