Wait Bajaj is literally shown as a killer and Prerna is at fault? Lmaoooo I can’t. I love how everything bad happening to Bajaj is related to Prerna. Who wanted to marry Prerna? Who gave all of his child’s responsibility to Prerna, who he met for all of how many times? Who the hell in his 40s gives his child’s responsibility to someone who he stalked for a couple times, saw that she acted like a decent human being towards Kuki (instead of motherly) and thought oh hey let’s bring this woman to my home to take care of my child? Prerna didn’t allude to anything about being a perfect wife or perfect mother. The expectations came from Bajaj. So what if Prerna didn’t end up being as loyal as Bajaj thought she would. She’s a girl in her early 20s, I wouldn’t have trusted her with shit lmao. Especially if I’m gonna bring her to live in the same house as her ex fiancé who she’s still very much in love with.

Prerna is fine where she is, she’s doing the best she can for Kuki. I wouldn’t know how to take care of a child either if someone came to marry me with the expectation of me to be the perfect mother/nanny for their child lol

I wrote on similar lines on last page..But how to explain to Andh Bhakts of B character this plain truth vis a vis relation between P and Kuki...P never wanted but it was thopofied on her, it is grave misjudgement on part of B

Its kind of actually funny to see this expectation that everything should fall right into Bajaj's lap the way he wants...just because he wants...and if not its his right to do what ever to gain it. And his nefarious actions towards others is the other persons fault for not abiding by his wishes.

Pre treated him like a decent human being which he didn't even deserve considering how he took advantage of her good and naive nature to trap her in this marriage. An early 20s young girl trapped in a marrige by a nearly middle aged man and topoified with a preteen mute kid to look after and she is the worst thing that happened to him?.... Pre doesn't owe Bajaj anything....Bajaj isn't even deserving of Pre's toe nail....bas!

It is not Prerna's fault for what is happening with Bajaj & Kuki because of mainly two reasons.

It was completely Bajaj's fault when he ASSUMED that Pre will be a good mother to Kuki, even when she confessed that she is carrying Anu's child in her womb. So, to expect that Kuki will receive her full care and that too without sharing anything about Kuki with Pre before marriage, I would say was a totally foolish move by Bajaj. It's just because of Pre's selflessness & loving nature that she took care of Kuki as much as possible.

Secondly, when Bajaj decided to shift to BB, he didn't even consult with Pre and here people say he respects her. In his sadistic pleasure to rub on Anu's wounds he in a hurry moved into BB without even thinking how difficult it would be for Pre, especially when he was the only one who knew under which circumstance had Pre left Anu & that too when she had requested him during marriage that she didn't want even her family members in her marriage. Where did his respect for Pre go at that time.

I still wonder at some people's audacity to blame Pre, even after what all he has let her through. Considering his past, I would be fine giving Bajaj an oppurtunity to reform himself. But, seeing people here justifying him at this moment, really surprises me.

Even the title of the post is mind boggling.

Bajaj was introduced as a supposed grey characters that his fans enjoyed. He got what he wanted even if it meant hurting people and not caring about their wishes or what was good for them. He even took away the chance of an unborn baby to be with their father - for his child.

And we are supposed to feel sorry for him?

He fell in love with Prerna? Well cry me a river! He probably “loved” kuki’s mother as well and who know how many other ACQUISITIONS of his. He is a spoilt brat who is acting out because he is not getting what he wants. What he cannot complain about is Prerna not warning him about exactly this before she married him. She told him she would never love him and she would make his life hell if he ever hurt anurag.

And Kuki? The child who was brought up by a nanny, who he did not care about when he sat in prison?

Now when she was meant to be taking care of Kuki, she's beside her ex lover protecting him while leaving Kuki all alone when she her herself had earlier said something was wrong/someone had broken in.

If you think something is wrong or someone has broken in, do you one - think about your ex lover and rush to him, or two - get your kid outta there and to safety?

I really don't understand it. In the real world Bajaj could find a million girls better than Prerna but he's caught up with one who shows him no affection or respect, is in love with someone else and is carrying that persons child. It's all really nonsensical.

@first bold - Eh this is very lame and a very bad judgement I would say. How do we blame this woman for what he is doing? I am a little taken aback when you say she has driven him to murder someone. He is responsible for what he does/is doing. Prerna cannot be blamed for it. This reminds me of a very serious debate that I was watching a couple of days back and a sick statement passed by one of the people there. I would not put it here though because I might just get blamed of including an issue that can't be compared though it absolutely can. Nonetheless, I won't go there.

No, because Prerna in all her consciousness accepted a deal that she KNEW she wouldn’t be able to fulfill. She chose her lover over her unborn child, and rolled a set of dice that changed her life forever. If you look at it, Bajaj fulfilled his promise, Anu out of jail and alive. P on the other hand is wavering because she is stuck in an impossible situation and that’s where the toxicity lies.

P isn’t a bad woman or an evil one, and she has truly tried to accept and loves Kukki, but P also has proven time and again that she will choose A over anybody, including her own unborn child.

Tbh, Bajaj is a fool for picking P as his choice mother for Kukki. The minute P was willing to barter her unborn child for As freedom, and chose the lover in her than the mother, she is on shaky ground for me, and the writers have conveniently avoided that angle.

I’d like to disagree on some of what you’ve said.

Prerna did two things when she agreed to Baha’i deal.

1. She chose anurag’s life. over her child right to be with her/his father.

2. She didn’t tell anurag about the child.

In relation to 1), I don’t think any wife would choose otherwise. She was not harming the child in anyway. If any mother had to choose between the life of her husband or parent, over a more ideal situation for their child. They would choose to save the life of their loved one. Life is not full of easy choices and sometimes we have to compromise. I know my mom would make a similar choice if she had to save my dad. And the way things were prernas child had to options- be the child of a man in jail/put to death for murder or be without his father. Neither were ideal options.

In relation to 2), Prerna has just come out of being rejected by anruag for months in end and she hadn’t found the right time to tell him she was pregnant. He got married to komo on the day Prerna found out about her pregnancy and put her through a very difficult time after that. The Bajaj torture happened days after the whole komo tragedy ended, in a family that was still reaping from komo. Should I she had told him - ideally yes. But by the time she realised she needed to, she probably thought telling a man in jail whose life was on balance was doing no one any good.

I am sure since Ekta loves to make her female leads beg, plead and suffer - Prerna will be made to do so for using hiding this truth, but I wish we would stop seeing things as being so black and white.
