Isn't Prerna pregnant???

The wayshe ran for Anurag and fell down, did CV"s forget that Prerna ispregnant?? I don't understand why CV"s write such up dialogues when theycannot present a plot to support those statements. Prerna is not once showngoing to the doctor or addressing her health, now she even dragged herself likeparo on the wet concreate, so is the preganancy track dropped?
