Does Bajaj love Prerna

why does he want her to get married to him. even if it is for his daughter's sake he can very well make her come to his mansion on daily basis and make her spend time with his kid but why marriage. It doesn't make any sense to me.. Why can't for once CVs think in an intelligent way. even the court scene was a total waste . Idk even I am trying to figure out:

1. Sadistic pleasure. Anurag loves Prerna. She ditches him. Anurag hurt. Prerna has to leave him. She's hurt. She's hurt, so he's hurt. So, Bajaj is happy.

2. He's truly fascinated with rare things and rare qualities in people.

3. The King with the Queen always wins. Take the queen, the king loses.

4. A personal vendetta, maybe his love life was ruined (idk Season 1 and all, so my guess)

5. He likes to get on people's nerves coz he clearly got on Prerna's. She so hates him she can't even look him in the eye, and he likes that effect he has on people.

6. He thinks he's very charming and confident and bring down anyone in front of him, so by marrying Prerna he'd constantly feel that since she's constantly hate him.

Anurag has habit of breaking into Mr. Bajaj's bedroom, he is just making sure Anurag feels comfortable.

Court room scene had only one good thing, which was Kolkata police in white uniform.
