In the precap there is a smirk which is reflected when he puts forward his proposal. Mr. Bajaj seems to enjoy her i don't care and give me back the papers attitude.

Coming to the smirk, it's his pride in cornering Prerna with an undeniable deal ... when Pre said "Anurag mere liye sab kuch hai " he was quick and promptly puts a deal across "sab kuch paane ke liye , ,sab kuch khona padega, " taking away Anurag's emotional support as well along side his finances , name fame etc... he knows that the deal is the nail in the coffin of Anurag Basu .

Right now a cold and apathetic RB can't fall for anyone...let alone Prerna. To him she's a conquest, instrumental in destroying his already fallen enemy.

Well, definitely not any emotion that has 'Love' in it. But you're right about the smirk, at max I can call it apart from his personal vendetta, it could be somewhat 'Challenge Accepted' mode for him too. 😎

I also feel it’s definitely not love at first sight, the reason behind his proposal may be :

1. His personal revenge with the Basu’s

2. Pure being the Anurag’s biggest weakness

3. Pre’s loyality towards The Basu’s

And one thing is very clear that if he separates Pre form Anu, he will be attacking the ultimate support system of Anurag and the the Basu’s

Bajaj wants to take everything away from Anu Basu. Especially his biggest support system: Prena Sharma

She herself told Bajaja she will do anything for Anu.
