AnuPre and thornbird symbolism

This is my first post at the forum and I was thinking of making this post since the time the entry of Bajaj was anticipated.

I just wanted to put forward my take on the thornbird story in relation to our lead pair AnuPre. For me both of them have taken this thornbird concept really seriously. First starting with Anurag....

He is a man who believed that love brings all the pain along with itself which I realised when I was seeing the initial episodes. Prerna introduced him to this story and gradually unknowing he himself fell in love .... the same deep love which he thought he would never ....and that too with the same girl who narrated that story to him. When he had an encounter with Komolika and he realised that Prerna and her family could be harmed by the evil intentions of Komolika, he had to choose between his happiness and Prerna and her family's safety.

He decides to go along the path of thornbird thinking that he was helping and saving his love. We all saw how and what happened..... how Prerna suffered each and every moment.... getting confused as she wasn't able to understand his actions that were totally opposite of what his eyes told her. But he kept his ground and tried hard to keep her away from him although he failed to do so because of his true love for her. But he was there for her whenever she needed him....I wont go into the humiliation episode as I myself dont agree to that . But my point still remains that he decided to protect his love at the cost of his happiness. As we all would agree that he too wasn’t happy in that track.... he too was suffering each moment along with her.

Now coming to Prerna....in the upcoming track she too is expected to take the same path when she goes with Mr Bajaj. How that happens is yet to unfold and I’m waiting for that.

But I really wanna see whether Anurag still would be able to see the truth and love in her eyes beyond whatever she shows him on the face. Whether he would fight for his love just like Prerna did against Komolika? Whether Prerna would be able to stand strong in front of Bajaj as a lady who only loves Anurag and Bajaj wont have a place in her heart even if she is staying with him? Will their love be able to pass this Kasauti.... this actually depends on what we as audiences accept.

I really don't know what would be shown in the future but I really feel that both AnuPre love each other deeply and no-one should be able to take away their love which is there in their hearts and they should fight in their own ways for their true love. As it is said in the song....

''Har kisi ko nahi milta yahan pyaar zindagi mein

Khushnaseeb hain woh jinko hai mili yeh bahaar zindagi mein’’

P.S I’m not a fan of any male lead in the show...I just liked Erica in her previous show and I started watching the show only for her. I'm not basically a daily soap person but I love the subtle chemistry between AnuPre so please try and avoid any bashing please.

I am a sucker for painful love stories onscreen .I am in for AnuPre’s separation as long as I get to see their pain and longing for each other without butchering their characters

In my opinion Anurag’s sacrifice was not given a proper build up. It was rushed and made someone like him look extremely silly and stupid for giving into Komolika’s demands without even trying any other option. The character was well written during Naveen Babu track but the writers played with him very badly during Komo track. He actually looked like a wannabe thorn bird and very few could empathise with him 🤔 And his sacrifice too turned out to be useless because Komolika apparently manipulated the share values and Basu publications never had any actual financial issues ( don’t ask me how shares can be manipulated...that is KZK for you)

This time I hope the writers give a proper build up for Prerna’s sacrifice. Please show her at least trying to fight Bajaj.Anurag has been framed in a murder case and if proven guilty he can get even life imprisonment. So Prerna’s sacrifice will look better in front of Anurags

Word! KZK 2 was promoted as AnuPre’s love saga and I really hope they remain true to each other till the end no matter how many kasautis come their way. I honestly don’t want to see Prerna playing ping pong with two men like in season 1. I know in real life people move on after a break up and find love again but if I wanted some realistic content EK shows are not where I should look for it...there are plenty of options on Netflix and prime. Kzk2 is my guilty pleasure and I am still sticking on to the show because of Parth and Erica’s sincere portrayal of AnuPre.

N i feel cvs are in a soup totally , unless they are too confident that pre bajaj will work . So its only a downhill ride storywise coz prerna moving on will also be questioned and her loving anurag while being married to mr bajaj will also not go well with the audience..i dont know whats best for them . The vamps and villains will be a constant , so will the misunderstandings , distrust and disloyalty .

But one thing is for sure..prernas sacrifice holds more weight than anurags..the girl literally gave up everything for him and proved her love ..when anu sacrificed , it was more for his mammas khandani jewellery , bb , sn and bp .

That s not for me to decide my dear....its EK Mata show and she is the one who decides😂

But I'm only hoping to see an intense soulful love story based on their lines ....

True love is not about being with each other

True love is about being there for each other

Hope we get to see something good.... as it is everyone who is watching the show is doing it for their one or the other favourite actors be it Parth Erica or KSG.

Same here....I don't like ott things. I know kzk has many such moments but AnuPre and their subtle chemistry compensate for that. Pain actually is the constant thing in all love stories. I wanna see them facing the pain and still longing for each other.

That was mainly to glorify their favourite vamp which they badly failed.

Even I wanna see this without butchering the characters. Also I wanna see Sneha's role in this. I'm sure her dynamics with Prerna would bring some change in her father.
