Doctor knew Pre was pregnant the day she as hit with the news of the Basu baby bun in her oven the day she tried to stop Anu’s wedding to Komo and got hit by a car instead.

All Anu has to do is verify instead of letting uncle Bajaj weasel his way into Pre’s life. Anu has to ward off anyone who dares to come between Pre and him.
