From Mohini's startled expressions, she may have heard but again it can't be guaranteed.

During Nivi-Mohini's kitchen convo in last week precap, it was given away that Moh may get doubtful for Anupre but she didn't...

so keeping hopes that she won't hear...fingers crossed
